About Us

The Bramble Farm provides fresh naturally grown produce, eggs, and honey for purchase at local farmer’s markets and online for delivery. We grow, harvest, clean, and package our products, emphasizing organic quality at affordable prices. We also participate in contract growing, where we grow a specific type and amount of produce in a certain time frame for your restaurant or business. 

The Bramble Farm was started by Brian Markowski and his father Walt Markowski, both served in the armed forces overseas during campaigns and came back with new perspectives on life from their experiences. After hopping from job to job trying to find the right match, Brian finally decided to leave his M.B.A. career path and turn hobby farming into his new venture, and he began the transition to become a small farmer. Brian has been an aspiring beekeeper and started a small apiary on the farm, so we should see some bee products in the near future as well.  

Brian specialized in Brambles with Cornell University and the main goal is to open a “pick your own” berry farm in Spanish Springs, NV by 2025. Until then we will be focusing on expanding our vegetable production and produce boxes. If there is a vegetable you would like to see grown, just let us know by posting on our Facebook page or by emailing us, and we will do our best to incorporate it, we’re always looking to try something new!

The Bramble Farm is registered as a producer by the Nevada Department of Agriculture, with a valid farm and tract number, regularly inspected and licensed as a sole proprietor in Washoe County, Nevada. If you have any questions, comments, or requests, please reach out to us directly via email at brian@thebramblefarm.com, unfortunately, we are not yet open to the public.

You can place orders online with Uber Eats, Door Dash, and a locally owned delivery service Bukit.

You can also find us at the seasonal farmer’s markets from June through September.
